Elsire Warranty Policy

Warranty for any product start from the Date of Purchase against any manufacturing defects. Customer Should register warranty of product within 72 Hours from date of Purchase. Elsire products are warranted for a period of 12 months. However some of IKAH products are life time warranty Like :-

Please note :

To avail warranty benefits customer must register product warranty on info@Elsire.com or by mail/ post as mentioned in the warranty manual within One months from Date of Purchase.
Hardware and accessories required to install products & Charcoal Filters (required for Kitchen Chimney) are not included as a part of Product.
All hardware, accessories & Charcoal Filters can be purchased at Extra cost from Service Provider.
All installations are done at an extra cost. For the cost please call at 01140791004.
Flexible duct pipe is included in Split Kitchen Chimney .
Warranty starts from Date of Purchase and not from Date of usage.
Burner wear & tear is not covered under warranty.
LED / Lamps are not covered under warranty.

What is Life time Warranty?

Elsire defines life of the product as 7 years. Life time warranty means warranty on the kitchen hood as specified in the above chart and applicable on the parts as specified.
